For various reasons, including manufacturer restrictions, and constant change, we are unable to quote prices online or via email. Please visit our store for assistance and a friendly and knowledgeable family member will be more than happy to assist you.
For most of New Jersey and Staten Island residents spitaleri furniture offers free delivery, free setup and free removal of the old bedding and furniture that you are replacing. We also deliver to area of Pennsylvania. Please contact us for further information and details.
Delivery
Getting your premium furniture to your home is not just as simple remove from the box, leave packaging at the curb and bring in the house operation. It is a multi-step procedure. Your furniture will arrive at our warehouse from a trucking company specifically selected by us that specializes in furniture transport.
Upon arrival, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If there is any noticeable damage to your furniture or it does not meet our approval it will be refused and replacements will be reordered on a priority basis. Once cleared by our quality assurance team it will be loaded into our warehouse by our trained staff while it awaits scheduling for delivery.
We will then contact you and schedule a delivery date and time that meets your schedule.Your furniture is then opened, unwrapped and will receive a final inspection before being wrapped in protective blankets and hand loaded onto our delivery truck. We deliver your items to your home and place them in the location of your choice and if needed remove any old bedding and furniture that you are replacing free of charge!
Warranty
We do not use an outside delivery service like most other stores. Please understand even though we go through all these steps to assure your furniture is delivered to you in the best condition, minor things can be overlooked. If this matter arises, we have on staff, a factory authorized, professional service technician. Our service technician is trained in the repair of both wood and upholstery products. We personally handle all warranty work for the merchandise purchased in our store.
We do not handle warranty work for merchandise purchased at other furniture stores.
